Hockey, Hockey, Hockey.
Kevin and I had a special opportunity to have lunch with a Hurricanes player at their annual Lunch With the Canes charity fund raiser. One of Kevin's vendor's bought a table and invited us. So it was 8 of us with Frantisek Kaberle, who we affectionately called Frank. I was able to sit right next to him and he couldn't have been more gracious. We had a great meal, of course, and after lunch and all the official thank you's we could mingle with the other players. Here we have pictures with Frank, Rod Brind'Amour, and Glen Wesley. It was such a treat, more so as Kevin and I had been wanting to go to one of these types of events for some time. The players were open and welcoming and we had a GREAT time.
